The purpose of this challenge is to encourage you to reach your daily water intake goal for the next two weeks. The goal is to drink at least half of your body weight in oz (or close enough to it). In addition, for every 30 minutes of activity, drink an additional 1-2 cups (or 8-16 oz) of water. Daily reporting and hydration status checks will help you stay on track with your goal. Included are: a water drinking guideline, habit tracker, and a water challenge tracker. Try to stay consistent! You got this 💪🏾
